| Recent MSI Legal Case Explained A July 2010 ruling by St. Louis Federal Judge brings encouraging news for news for some Medicine Shoppe franchisees. In this case, the franchisee closed its pharmacy and Medicine Shoppe sued for nearly $750,000 in lost future royalties for the remaining 14 years of the term of the Franchise Agreement.
